Made in Italy by Mancini Pastificio Agricolo, this premium Penne Rigate begins with durum wheat grown and harvested on the Mancini family’s own fields in the Marche region of Italy.

The pasta is shaped through traditional bronze dies, giving each piece a rough, ridged surface that grabs onto sauce beautifully. It is then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavor and character of the wheat.

Penne Rigate’s classic tubular shape and ridged exterior make it an incredibly versatile pasta—perfect with tomato and vodka sauces, pesto, creamy sauces, vegetables, baked pasta dishes, and hearty ragù.
