Mancini Pastificio Agricolo Mezze Maniche – 500g
Made in Italy by Mancini Pastificio Agricolo, Mezze Maniche is a short, ridged tube pasta crafted from durum wheat grown and harvested on the Mancini family’s own fields in the Marche region of Italy.
The pasta is shaped through traditional bronze dies, creating a rough, textured surface that allows sauces to cling to every piece. Slow drying at low temperatures helps preserve the natural flavor and character of the wheat.
With its wide opening, deep ridges, and substantial bite, Mezze Maniche is especially well suited for rich tomato sauces, creamy sauces, sausage ragù, alla gricia, amatriciana, and hearty vegetable preparations.
