The pasta is shaped using traditional bronze dies to create a rough, porous texture that helps sauces cling to every piece, then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavor and character of the wheat.

With its wide tubes and deeply ridged surface, Rigatoni is perfect for hearty tomato sauces, ragù, creamy sauces, baked pasta dishes, and plenty of grated Parmigiano.
